Privacy at a Glance

This Website does not use cookies, tracking pixels, analytics services, or any client-side tracking technologies. We do not collect personal information from visitors browsing the site. Standard server-side logs are generated automatically by our hosting infrastructure when you visit any page. The interactive analysis tool is a password-protected, invitation-only demonstration feature with its own data handling practices described in detail below.

1. Who We Are

Mirabella, LLC, doing business as Mirabella AI ("Mirabella," "we," "our," or "us"), operates the website accessible at mirabella-ai.com and mh-ai.net (collectively, the "Website"). This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information in connection with your use of the Website and its services.

By accessing the Website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the practices described herein, you must discontinue use of the Website immediately.

2. Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy addresses two distinct categories of use:

3. Standard Website Access — What We Collect

3.1 What We Do Not Collect

We want to be clear about what this Website does not do for standard visitors:

3.2 Standard Server Logs

Like virtually all websites, our hosting infrastructure automatically generates server-side logs when you visit any page. These logs are a standard, unavoidable part of how web hosting and content delivery infrastructure operates and may include:

These logs are generated and retained by our hosting infrastructure for operational purposes such as security monitoring, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and ensuring service availability. We do not combine server logs with any other data sources to identify individual users, and we do not use this data for marketing, profiling, behavioral analysis, or any purpose other than infrastructure operations.

We do not control the exact retention periods of hosting infrastructure logs; retention is governed by our hosting provider's standard operational policies.

4. Standard Website Access — Third-Party Involvement

The Website is served through third-party hosting and content delivery infrastructure. These services may generate and retain server logs as described in Section 3.2. We do not use any additional third-party services that collect, track, or process visitor data on the public-facing pages of the Website.

5. Interactive Analysis Tool — Data Handling

The Website includes an interactive analysis tool that is a demonstration feature only. It is password-protected and available by invitation only. It is not accessible to general visitors. Access requires a password obtained exclusively through direct, personal communication with Mirabella. The Company retains sole discretion over who receives access.

This tool is not a production product or service offered for sale. It is a demonstration of AI chain-of-thought reasoning capabilities, provided solely to allow invited individuals to observe the types of input and output the system produces.

5.1 How Your Data Flows

If you have been granted access and choose to use the interactive analysis tool, the following data handling occurs:

Step 1 — Submission: Queries and optional context you enter into the interface ("User Submissions") are transmitted via JavaScript from your browser to a cloud-based processing environment.

Step 2 — Third-party AI processing: Your submissions are forwarded to third-party AI model inference providers (such as Groq) for processing. These providers have their own privacy policies, data retention practices, and logging configurations that are entirely independent of Mirabella and outside our control. We do not control how these providers process, store, log, or retain the data they receive.

Step 3 — Cloud processing environment: The analysis runs within an ephemeral cloud processing environment that is automatically created for each analysis request and permanently destroyed once the analysis completes or if an error occurs. However, the cloud infrastructure provider may generate log files during execution that partially retain information from your submissions. These logs are governed by the cloud infrastructure provider's standard retention policies and are outside our direct control.

Step 4 — Output generation and storage: If the analysis completes successfully, an output web page containing the analysis results—including your original query and context—is generated and stored in cloud-based storage. This output page:

The writing of this output page to cloud storage may also generate additional infrastructure log files.

Warning: Output pages generated by the interactive analysis tool are publicly accessible on the Internet. Although they are identified by random codes that are not indexed or linked from the Website, anyone who obtains or discovers the URL can view the complete contents, including your original submissions. Do not submit any information that you would not want to be publicly accessible.

5.2 What We Collect Through the Tool

Information Purpose Retention
User Submissions (query and context) Processing your analysis request and delivering results Ephemeral processing environment is destroyed after each request; data may persist in third-party provider logs per their policies
Analysis output page Delivering results to you and demonstrating tool capabilities Stored in cloud storage indefinitely until manually deleted; publicly accessible via random URL
Infrastructure logs generated during processing Operational monitoring and troubleshooting by infrastructure provider Governed by infrastructure provider's standard retention policies

5.3 No Account Creation

No account creation, registration, or profile is required to use the interactive analysis tool. The password is a shared access credential, not tied to any personal account, identity, or profile.

Important: Do not submit sensitive, confidential, proprietary, or personally identifiable information through the analysis tool. Any data you submit may be processed by third-party services, retained in infrastructure logs, and published in a publicly accessible output page. You are solely responsible for the content of your submissions and for any consequences arising from submitting information through the tool.

6. Third-Party Services

The following third-party involvement exists in connection with the Website and its services:

We encourage users of the analysis tool to review the privacy policies of relevant third-party providers. Mirabella is not responsible for the privacy practices, data handling, security measures, or data retention policies of any third-party service provider.

7. Data Security

We employ reasonable measures to protect the information associated with the Website, including:

No method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to use commercially reasonable means to protect information, we cannot and do not guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge that any information transmitted over the Internet is inherently subject to risks including interception, loss, corruption, and unauthorized access, and that you use the Website and the analysis tool entirely at your own risk.

8. Your Rights and Choices

8.1 General Visitors

Because we do not collect personal information from general visitors (beyond standard server logs generated by hosting infrastructure), there is typically no personal data for us to provide, correct, or delete. If you have concerns about server log data, you may contact us using the information provided below.

8.2 Analysis Tool Users

If you have used the analysis tool and wish to request deletion of any stored analysis output pages, please contact us at the address provided below. We will make reasonable efforts to honor such requests, but we cannot guarantee the deletion of data that has been processed by or retained in third-party provider systems, infrastructure logs, or cached copies.

8.3 For EEA, UK, and Swiss Residents

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you may have additional rights under applicable data protection laws, including the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing. Our legal basis for processing server log data is our legitimate interest in maintaining the security and availability of the Website. For data processed through the interactive analysis tool, our legal basis is your explicit consent, given by your voluntary decision to submit information through the tool after being informed of these data handling practices.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information in the Contact section below.

8.4 For California Residents

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate personal information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as defined under the CCPA/CPRA. Because we do not collect personal information beyond standard server logs from general visitors, there is typically no data subject to these rights. If you have questions, please contact us.

9. Children's Privacy

The Website is not directed to individuals under the age of 18 (or such higher age as required by applicable local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children or minors. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personal information from a child, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

10. International Data Transfers

Our hosting infrastructure and cloud services are located in the United States. If you access the Website from outside the United States, your connection data (as part of standard server logs) and any data submitted through the interactive analysis tool will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. By accessing the Website or using the analysis tool, you consent to such transfer and processing.

11. Data Retention

We retain data as follows:

12. Disclaimer of Liability

12.1 No Guarantee of Data Security

While Mirabella employs reasonable measures to protect information associated with the Website, we cannot and do not guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge that any information transmitted over the Internet is inherently at risk and that you access and use the Website and the analysis tool entirely at your own risk.

12.2 Third-Party Practices

Mirabella is not responsible for the privacy practices, data handling, data retention, logging configurations, security measures, or any other practices of third-party service providers, including but not limited to hosting providers, content delivery networks, AI model inference providers, cloud compute providers, and cloud storage providers. Users of the analysis tool acknowledge and accept that their submissions are processed by third-party services whose practices are governed entirely by their own policies and are outside Mirabella's control.

12.3 Publicly Accessible Output Pages

Mirabella is not responsible for any consequences arising from the public accessibility of analysis output pages, including but not limited to unauthorized viewing, copying, indexing, archiving, or redistribution of output content by third parties. Users of the analysis tool acknowledge and accept that output pages are publicly accessible and that they bear sole responsibility for the content of their submissions.

12.4 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mirabella disclaims all liability for any unauthorized access to, disclosure of, loss of, alteration of, or breach of information processed in connection with the Website or the analysis tool, including but not limited to any damages arising from:

12.5 Assumption of Risk

By using the Website and, if applicable, the interactive analysis tool, you expressly assume all risks associated with the transmission of data over the Internet, the processing of data by third-party services, and the public accessibility of analysis output pages. You agree that Mirabella shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from these risks.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
